Ingredients
2 cups Calvados Drouin
3/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 camomile tea
Clarified with 3/4 of a cup of whole milk
Soda water
Instructions:
1. Fill a shaking tin with ice
2. Add ingredients and shake
3. Strain into a chilled coupe
4. Express with a grapefruit peel
Garnish with:
Apple slices and cheese
