Ingredients :

2 oz Calvados
0.5 oz Lemon juice
0.5 oz Honey syrup
Dash of Orange bitters
Champagne

Instructions:

1. Combine ingredients
2. Shake with ice
3.Strain into a flute
4. Top with Champagne

Garnish with:

Apple slices
