Spring Orchard Spritz by Kristin Perez
Ingredients :
1.5 oz Maison Busnel Calvados
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey + warm water)
1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
2 oz chilled Prosecco
1 oz soda water
Instructions:
1. Add Calvados, lemon juice, honey syrup, and elderflower liqueur to a shaker with ice
2. Shake until well chilled
3. Strain into a wine glass filled with fresh ice
4. Top with Prosecco and soda water
5. Gently stir to combine
Garnish with:
Apple slices
