Calvados à la Mode by Ashley Norris
Ingredients :
2 oz Maison Busnel Calvados
3/4 oz Licor 43
1/2 oz Allspice Dram
3 dashes Toasted Almond Bitters
Heavy cream & Vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass
2.Add ice, stir well, then strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. 3. Froth 2 oz heavy cream and a splash of vanilla extract together, and pour over the top.
4.Garnish with ground cinnamon and an apple chip.

Ground cinnamon and a dried apple crisp
