Calvados Sumo Sour by Maria Laura Pachec
Ingredients :
1 oz Maison Busnel Calvados
0.75 oz (floral leaning) gin
0.25 oz amaretto
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz sumo citrus
0.25 oz honey syrup (2:1)
1 egg white
2–3 drops rhubarb bitters
Instructions:
1. Combine ingredients
2. Dry shake
3. Shake with ice
4. Strain and serve
