Ingredients :
• 1.5 oz Avallen Calvados (sustainably produced)
• 0.5 oz Fresh lime juice
• 0.25 oz Mountain mint simple syrup
• 2–3 Fresh basil leaves, gently bruised
• Top: Local sparkling cucumber-lime soda
•
Instructions:
1. In a chilled highball glass, add lime juice, mint syrup, and basil leaves.
2. Add Avallen Calvados and fill the glass with fresh ice.
3. Top with sparkling cucumber-lime soda.
4. Give a gentle stir to integrate.
5. Garnish with a basil sprig and lime wheel.

Crafted in the heart of A Sip of Paradise Garden for Earth Day, this highball honors the planet with every pour. Built around Avallen Calvados, a spirit rooted in orchard sustainability and female-led farming, this cocktail celebrates freshness, intention, and place.
The mountain mint and basil were harvested from the garden itself,bold, aromatic, and alive. The cucumber-lime soda, made locally, finishes the drink with a bright, effervescent nod to spring. Served among the plants, poured with purpose, this sip was made to respect the Earth, nourish community, and remind us that sustainability can be delicious
