Ingredients :

1 oz Coquerel Calvados VS
¾ oz Gentiane Quina Aperitif
¾ oz Pineau de Charentes Blanc
¼ oz Oloroso Sherry
⅛ oz Salted Vanilla Rich Syrup

Instructions:

1.Stir ingredient
2. Strain into an angostura-bitters-washed glass over ice

Garnish

Garnish with brulée apple slice
