Fruits du Passé by Daniel Zajic
Ingredients :
1 oz. / 30 ml. Château du Breuil Calvados
1 oz. / 30 ml. aged rum
¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. banana liqueur
¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. allspice dram
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lime juice
¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. demerara syrup
1 dash tiki bitters
Instructions:
1.Add all ingredients to shaker tin
2. shake with ice until chilled
3. strain into coupe or Nick and Nora glass
Garnish
Garnish with a dehydrated apple slice
