Chicha Morada Calvados by Carlos Ruiz
Ingredients :
1 oz. Boulard Calvados
1 oz. Chicha Morada liqueur
1/2 oz. Fresh lime Juice
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
Instructions:
To make Hibiscus Honey Syrup
Combine 1 cup of water, ¾ cup honey, and 1 cup of hibiscus leaves in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a low boil. Turn heat down to low, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and strain into a container.
Add all ingredients to a glass with ice. Stir to combine.
