Ingredients

0.75 oz peach syrup
2 oz Coquerel Calvados VSOP
3-4 oz sparkling wine
1-2 oz club soda

Instructions:

Pour Calvados and peach syrp, then add sparkling water and wine.

Garnish with:

Apple slice blossom
